Vinyasa, also called flow because of the smooth way that the poses run together, is one of the most popular contemporary styles of yoga.
In vinyasa yoga, each movement is synchronized to a breath.
We start with a pranayama part (breathing) which allows us to get our mind and soul calm, relax and get in touch with our breathing. After we found our anchor in our breaths and in the present the class continous with a sun salutation sequence. Then my flow classes string poses together to make different sequences combining stretching elements with strengthness.
You will focus on linking conscious breath with a mindful flow. In a Vinyasa class, students awaken their strength, energy, and flexibility in a nice atmosphere. In the end we will have a meditation part, in which you can dream away.
This yoga classes are created for everyone who is interested in doing him or herself something good. I adapt this “Yoga Holiday Class” to each person and his or her personal level. I will show you different ways/ levels for one asana (the yoga pose) and you decide which one is the best for you in this particular moment. Yoga is never a competition but more a way to feel the beauty of life and find graditute in it.
