If you have arrived at the meeting point, watch out for a yellow PRIME TOURS yellow shirt. That is your guide!
Write us a short email and notify us about the incident (bookings@primetours.at). Afterwards you can simply book the tour again for any other time or day.
You can´t call the guide during the tour. If you need help please write an email to the Prime Tours service team (bookings@primetours.at)
You can cancel the tour for free up until 24 hours before the tour starts. Afterwards cancellation fees according to our AGB will be charged.
Yes, we may need to cancel tours up until 4 hours before the tour starts in case of emergencies or any other issues. In such a case you will be informed beforehand via email. Please check your email inbox 4 hours before your tour starts.
Unfortunately it may also happen that not all registered travelers show up at the meeting point. If less than 10 people show up the guide may choose to cancel the tour. Therefore it is very important that you cancel your booking via email or our contact page if you can´t come so we can notify other participants if the minimum amount of travelers is not reached.
